"Wait, Daddy, what do you mean before the internet..."  :)

My wife and I caught a little bit of "Big" on TV last night.

In case you haven't seen it lately, do you remember why Tom Hanks had to get a job with the toy company in the first place?

He went to City Hall to ask for a list of all of the vendors licensed to rent arcade games.  In response, he was asked to fill out a form in triplicate and to wait for the list to be mailed to him in 6 to 8 weeks ("if you're lucky.")

What a difference 20 years makes...  (And yes, *sigh*, the movie was actually released 20 years ago.)
