As we're getting closer to availability of Lotus Sametime 7.5.1, I'm going to start blogging about some of the new features you can expect to see in the release - the types of things that we've been previewing at Lotusphere and Lotusphere Comes to You events.  And once the product ships, I'll continue to post new features, because there's a lot coming in this release.

But I thought I'd start not by highlighting one of the big new features, but rather with one of the dozens (or more) of little improvements made to the product.  And I have to say, as excited as I am about things like the point-to-point video or Linux server, it's seeing the continued refinement and enhancements that the amazing people on our design and development teams have made from a UI and usability standpoint between Sametime 7.5 and Sametime 7.5.1 that really make me proud about this release.

Case in point - the new icons on the Windows taskbar and alt-tab task switcher:
