Looking for recommendations for personal network-attached HD

Does anyone have recommendations for a personal network-attached hard drive?  Let's say around 200 gB or so and reasonably priced, with bonus points to something that I can just plug into my router and not have to think about too much or configure.

(And I've been thinking that I need one for a while - pretty much since I got a 30 gB iPod and only afterwards noticed that I only had 5 gB free space on my laptop HD - but my father just sent an e-mail looking for my advice for one as well, so I figure I'd better have something to recommend :)
