See Sametime Mobile in action

If you haven't had a chance to try out Lotus Sametime Mobile on a Microsoft Windows Mobile device yet, check out this video posted by Philippe Poupeleer, from IBM Business Partner EASI.

He demonstrates emoticons and the business card lookup, just some of the many Sametime features available on mobile devices.  (Not shown is one of my personal favorites - the contact type ahead - which is indispensable if you're like me and collect lots of names in your contact list.)

Thanks for posting this, Philippe!

Pretty cool. Looks better than on my Blackberry.

Where does one download the Windows Mobile version of Sametime? I have searched both PartnerWorld and Passport and haven't been able to find it. I really want to play with it so I can get customers going with it.

    Thanks.

It's now included along with the core Lotus Sametime Standard code (with 7.5 it was separate, but I believe starting with 7.5.1 it was folded in along with the main package).
