Mike Rhodin recorded an excellent podcast that's available over on LotusUserGroup.org. He walks through the evolution of real-time collaboration tools and how they've gone from being essentially custom applications dedicated only to instant messaging and Web conferencing to what Lotus Sametime has evolved into today - a platform for real-time and people-centric applications.
