Nathan Freeman just posted a reminder over on his blog about the IM server they're running as part of the BleedYellow site.

All you need to do is add the im.bleedyellow.com community to your Lotus Sametime client and you're off and running.

And, if you want to see who else is logged in, they've made it really easy to do.  Just add the "YellowBleeders" public group to your contact list and you'll see the list dynamically populated with everyone else who's online.
