Aberdeen Group seeking participants for Unified Communications Web survey

The Aberdeen Group recently conducted a study on Unified Communications and found that:

a. User productivity is the #1 driver for unified communications applications for 72% of respondents
b. User productivity is the #1 Key Performance Indicator for 68% of the Best-in-Class

However, they also found that measuring the ROI and creating the business justification for a move to unified communications continues to be a major challenge for many companies.  

To try to gain a better understanding of the productivity benefits companies are seeing by deploying unified communications solutions, Aberdeen is conducting a survey aimed at quantifying these end user productivity benefits.
